2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products
We make every effort to present our products accurately.
Because tea is a natural product, slight variations in colour, aroma, flavour and appearance may occur between harvests. These natural variations do not constitute a product defect.
Product images are intended for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the delivered product.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Orders
An order is only considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- suspected fraud;
- pricing errors;
- payment issues;
- stock availability;
- legal obligations.
If payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Formosa Rituals does not store your complete payment information.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary by country.
7. Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We currently ship to:

- Belgium
- Germany
Further destinations may be added in the future.
8. Returns & Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

You must return the products within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, products must:
- Be unopened and unused.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Be in a resalable condition.
- Be returned within the applicable return period.
Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened packages for hygiene and food safety reasons unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is the result of an incorrect or defective product supplied by Formosa Rituals, the cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned products have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded where required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the package and products
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened tea packages
- Products that have been used
- Products damaged after delivery
- Gift cards (where applicable)
9. Product Quality
We carefully inspect every product before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.
We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to:
- logos
- photographs
- product descriptions
- graphics
- branding
- text
- design
is the intellectual property of Formosa Rituals unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formosa Rituals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website without prior notice.
