Every order from Formosa Rituals is packed with care to ensure your tea arrives in perfect condition. From our premium kraft packaging to the final shipping label, every detail reflects the quality of the tea inside.
Processing time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
During product launches or holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
Additional European countries will be added in the near future.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- The Netherlands: 1 business day
- Belgium: 2–3 business days
- Germany: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners and may occasionally vary.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination and selected delivery method.
Any available free shipping thresholds will also be displayed during checkout.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging every order.
Our teas are packed in high-quality kraft pouches designed to preserve freshness, aroma and flavour throughout transport.
Where possible, we use packaging materials with a lower environmental impact.
Incorrect or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the package and products so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
